Email Signature Generator
Use this free email signature generator to build a signature from your own details, logo and brand color. It is built the way email needs it, with tables and inline styles, so the layout survives classic Outlook as well as a phone.
Your logo and photo come from a link to a picture that is already online, which keeps the signature light and means the pictures still show where pasted-in images get stripped. Nothing of yours is kept: what you type stays in this tab. Want a code for your business card too? Try the QR code generator.
1. Your details
Shown as you type it. Tapping it dials the number.
2. Logo and photo, by link
A white panel keeps a dark logo visible when the reader uses dark mode. Try Dark Inbox on the preview.
A square photo works best. It is shown as a circle, and as a square in classic Outlook on Windows, which ignores rounded corners.
Why a link and not an upload? Gmail and several other email apps strip pictures that are pasted into a signature, while a picture loaded from a link shows up everywhere. Your logo is probably online already: on your own website, right-click it and choose Copy image address.
3. Layout and look
Buttons use your exact color. Text in your color is darkened only if it would be hard to read.
Only fonts every inbox already has.
4. Buttons and social links
Up to 6. Each icon links to the profile you paste. Change a network by clicking its name. Icons: Font Awesome Free, CC BY 4.0.
5. Extras
Printed small under a thin line. Edit it to suit your business.

Worth knowing
How to make an email signature
Five steps, no account and nothing to install.
- Fill in your details. Only your name is needed. Anything you leave empty is left out of the signature, label and all.
- Add your logo and photo by link. On your own website, right-click the logo and choose Copy image address. No photo to hand? Use your initials in your brand color, or leave it out.
- Pick a layout and your color. Side by Side for a full signature, Stacked if most of your mail is read on phones, Compact for replies.
- Check it in a dark inbox. Switch the preview to Dark Inbox. If your logo fades into the background, put a white panel behind it.
- Copy it and paste it into your email app. The steps for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail are right under the tool, and a test email to yourself shows how it really arrives.

What people make signatures for
A signature is the one piece of branding in every email you send.
A whole team, one look
Fill it in once with the company details and color, then change only the name, title and phone for each person. Everyone's mail looks like it came from the same place.
A booking link in every email
A Book a Call button under every reply gives the people you already write to one click to your calendar, without asking in every message.
Freelancers and small businesses
A signature that looks professionally made, with your own logo and color, without a monthly subscription to a signature service.
Replacing a signature that is one big picture
A signature made as a single image shows nothing when pictures are blocked, and nobody can tap the phone number. This one is real text, with pictures only where they help.
Frequently asked questions
Why pictures come from a link, what Outlook does to a signature, and what dark mode changes.
Is this email signature generator free?
Yes. There is no account to make and nothing to pay. It adds a small credit line with a link to us, which you can untick under Extras. Nothing of yours is kept: what you type stays in your browser tab.
Why an image link instead of uploading my logo?
Gmail and several other email apps strip pictures that are pasted into a signature, so an uploaded logo would often arrive as a broken box. A picture loaded from a link shows up everywhere, and keeps the signature small.
My logo is not online anywhere. What can I use?
The best place is your own website: anything in its media library has a public link to the picture itself. Share links from Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive do not work, because they open a viewer page instead of the picture. Use a PNG or JPG: SVG pictures do not show in Gmail or Outlook. Without a logo, the signature still works: the layout closes up around it.
Will it work in Outlook?
Yes. The signature is built from tables with the styles written into each element, which is what classic Outlook on Windows needs. Classic Outlook ignores rounded corners, so round photos and pill buttons arrive square there. The layout holds.
Why does my signature look different in dark mode?
Most inboxes turn dark text light in dark mode, but a logo is a picture and keeps its own colors. Dark lettering on a see-through background can then disappear. The White Panel option puts a white box behind the logo so it stays readable.
Can I use it on my phone?
Phone apps keep a signature of their own, separate from your computer, and most keep only plain text. Press Copy Plain Text and paste it into the signature setting of the app. Mail you send from your computer still carries the full signature.
